Motto & Philosophy

Libera Equus Showjumpers places it's emphasis on developing successful and enjoyable showjumpers through the use of extensive dressage training.  Each horse is unique in it's character, conformation, and talents and it's training program is formed with these traits in mind.  When a horse is in training here, they are not pushed past their current physical or mental ability but is brought along in a systematic manner that enables the horse to learn at his speed, thus resulting in a willingly obedient horse that complies with the work that is being asked of him in an enthusiastic manner.

Every rider that is instructed here is not taught "by the hour" but "by the achievement".  Never will a rider walk away from a lesson without having felt that they achieved results.  They will always leave feeling challenged but also that they succeeded.  For every critique there is a compliment well deserved. 

 

The training of horse and rider demands effort, is well planned, is always fair, and rewarding.  If ever that it is felt that progression is not occurring than references will be made at the request of the student for referrals to another training facility or perhaps lessons with guest clinicians.

 

Whatever your goals are: any horse and rider will benefit and learn something new from the training here.  If you simply want to make your horse more trail savvy or you want to learn the art of "dancing with your horse" or braving high fences, It would be a pleasure to help those dreams become reality!
